Meet Meredith Smith

Meredith Smith is an experienced coaching professional. She worked for Tiffany & Co. for nearly 20 years as a Senior Trainer for Tiffany & Co in New York and eventually retired as the Assistant Store Manager of Tiffany & Co. Greenwich, CT.

She began her career as a Personal Shopper in the New York Flagship store for 5 years before moving into the Training & Development where she created, delivered and implemented various luxury product training programs, videos and on-line trainings. These programs covered everything from Tiffany Diamonds and Watches to Pearls and Tabletop items. She traveled the globe for Tiffany & Co. facilitating training programs for corporate staff as well as opening new retail locations.

Meredith's second career launched due to the fact that she herself has struggled in many aspects of her life for years always hiding her emotions or not knowing how to process them properly. She consumed her feelings in unhealthy ways. It took a lot of inner work and taking classes, lots of classes, and the decision to heal from the inside out and that has made all the difference.

Meredith coaches in Weight Loss Coaching having lost over 100lbs herself 2 times, Purposeful Happiness Coaching, Self- Confidence Boosting, Menopause and Peri-Menopause Issues, Anxiety and Depression Strategies and Coaching Techniques, Grief and Loss Resilience, Auto-immune Disease Struggles, Children with Allergies, Adoption and Reunions, Career Advice, Relationship Struggles, and Finding your Life Path.

Meredith has her Life Coaching Certificate from the Inner Glow Circle, a certification in Essentials of Nutrition and Food from The European Health Foundation, a Diploma in Gut Health, and a Degree in Diamonds and Diamond Grading from the Gemological Institute of America.  She graduated from Lynchburg College '91 and attended The Gunnery (1987), in Washington, Connecticut and The Brearley School, in New York City. 

Meredith is happily married to a wonderful engineer, Larry, is a hockey mom to three busy children, has the best Goldendoodle in the world named Tucker, and lives in North Stamford, CT.
